Instructions
Step 1
• Combine the Southwest Ranch dressing, taco seasoning, fresh lime juice, and minced jalapeño in a small bowl.

• Whisk the ingredients together until the dry seasoning is completely smooth and dissolved.

• Chill the sauce covered in the refrigerator for 15 minutes to let the flavors blend together.

2. Cook the Frozen Cod
