Cinnamon-sugar banana chips
Storage: if thoroughly dried and cooled, keep in an airtight container for up to about a week. If they remain soft or develop moisture, refrigerate and eat within a few days. Homemade banana chips may stay chewy rather than becoming fully crisp.
