Instructions
Step 1
Prepare the Big Mac sauce by mixing mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, a splash of white wine vinegar or pickle juice, finely chopped pickle, paprika powder, and garlic powder in a small bowl. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Step 2
Finely shred the lettuce, dice the onion, and slice the pickles into small pieces. Set aside.
Step 3
Divide the ground beef into four equal portions. Spread each portion evenly across one side of a flour tortilla, pressing the beef into a thin layer that covers the entire surface. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 4
Heat a frying pan over medium-high heat. Place a tortilla in the pan with the beef side facing down. Cook for 3–4 minutes, pressing down gently, until the beef is nicely browned and cooked through.
Step 5
Flip the tortilla so the beef side faces up. Immediately place two slices of cheddar cheese over the beef and let them melt while the tortilla becomes lightly toasted underneath.
Step 6
Remove the tortilla from the pan and spread the Big Mac sauce over the melted cheese. Add shredded lettuce, diced onion, and pickles.
Step 7
Fold the tortilla in half to form a taco. Repeat with the remaining tortillas and serve immediately. Enjoy!
