Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 325°
Step 2
Mix all ingredients in a large bowl until well incorporated and no lumps
Step 3
Fold in chocolate chips
Step 4
Use 1 1/2 tbs cookie scoop and scoop onto a cookie sheet and flatten
Step 5
Bake at 325° for 12 min
Step 6
Let cool for 10 min.
Step 7
It will be delicate when they first come out of the oven and will harden as they cool.
