Instructions
Step 1
Crush the digestives and mix in the melted butter in a bowl
Step 2
Pour the mixture into an 8 inch tin and pat down
Step 3
Microwave 200g kinder chocolate and set aside to cool down
Step 4
Whisk double cream in bowl till stiff peaks are formed
Step 5
Mix the cream cheese and icing sugar in a separate bowl
Step 6
Add in melted chocolate to cream cheese mixture and whisk till combined
Step 7
Fold in the whipped cream to the cream cheese
Step 8
Pour mixture onto biscuit base, smooth the top out
Step 9
Refrigerate overnight (6-8hrs)
Step 10
Melt 200g kinder chocolate in microwave
Step 11
Add in 120ml double cream to the melted chocolate and stir
Step 12
Pour mixture over top of cheesecake
Step 13
Refrigerate for further 1-2hrs
