Step 1

Mix and let rise for 10 minutes.
Step 2

Mix and add to the bowl. Knead the dough.

Place dough into slightly oiled bowl and cover with fresh towel. Let sit in a warm place for an hour.
Step 4
Chop ginger and coriander. Divide dough into 12 pieces, make them flat and place them for 2 minutes in the frying pan. Place garlic paste and coriander on top of each dough piece.
Step 5

Serve with butter melting on top of naan.
