Instructions
Step 1
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with aluminum foil. Coat the foil with cooking spray to prevent the chicken from sticking.
Step 2
In a shallow dish, whisk together the flour, salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder.
Step 3
Coat each chicken tender in the flour mixture, shaking off any excess.
Step 4
Place the coated chicken tenders on the prepared baking sheet, leaving some space between each piece. Spray the top of the chicken tenders with cooking spray to help them crisp up in the oven.
Step 5
Bake the chicken tenders in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until they are cooked through and golden brown.
Step 6
While the chicken tenders are baking, in a separate bowl, whisk together the Buffalo hot sauce, melted butter, and white vinegar.
Step 7
Once the chicken tenders are cooked, remove them from the oven and immediately toss them in the Buffalo sauce mixture until evenly coated.
Step 8
Return the coated chicken tenders to the baking sheet and bake for an additional 5 minutes to allow the sauce to thicken and caramelize slightly.
Step 9
Remove from the oven and let the Buffalo Chicken Tenders cool for a few minutes before serving.
