Step 1
Bundle spices in cheese cloth. Wash cranberries and orange then put in pan. Add orange zest, juice, liqueur and brown sugar. Cook until cranberries burst. Add spice bundle and cook on low until cranberries are soft and mushy. Stir constantly. Remove from heat and let cool covered. Remove spice bundle. Place cranberry sauce in container and refrigerate at least 3 hours.
