Instructions

Step 1
Mix together soy sauce, honey, sriracha sauce, and garlic.
Step 2
In a large bowl or bag, marinate the chicken in the sauce for 4 hours or overnight.
Step 3
Cook the chicken and sauce in a slow cooker on low for 6 hours. Add cornstarch to thicken the sauce.
Step 4
While the chicken is cooking, chop up a pineapple into small chunk.
Step 5
Shred the chicken, top with the pineapple, place on a warm tortilla and enjoy!!
