Super moist and flavorful chicken thighs (boneless and skinless) in the air fryer! Extremely easy to make. Pairs well with rice, broccoli, etc.

Instructions
Step 1
Make Marinade: Combine spices and liquids in a bowl and mix (to taste- I would start with 2 parts soy sauce, 1-1.5 parts olive oil)
Step 2
Put the chicken thighs in a gallon zip lock with the marinade and let sit for at least 30 mins in the fridge.
Step 3
Preheat air fryer at 380°F for 3+ mins, then spray with cooking oil
Step 4
Place chicken thighs in the air fryer in one single layer. Cook at 380°F for about 15 mins or until internal temperature reaches 165°F
