Instructions
Step 1
Divide pizza dough into 12 balls, tie them into knots
Step 2
Coat pan with olive oil

Place knots in a ring, cover with plastic wrap and let rest 30 mins

In a bowl combine cream cheese, mozzarella, parmesan, ricotta, basil, 3 cloves chopped, and red pepper flakes

Melt butter and add parsley and remaining 3 cloves garlic

Scoop dip into center of the ring

Brush knots with garlic butter mixture
Step 8
Top dip with extra sprinkle of cheese
Step 9
Bake 400 for 20 mins then broil on high for 2 mins

Brush with additional garlic butter
