Instructions
Step 1
Cut the bell pepper in quarters and remove seeds and stem. Lay pepper on a sheet pan, skin up, and broil until skin is black. Cool for 5 minutes, remove black skin.
Step 2
Combine cream cheese, mayo, and spices in a food processor. Add cheese and pepper. Pulse 10 times (there should be chunks of cheese and bell pepper (not puréed).
Step 3
Serve with cracker, on celery (traditional way to serve). Or try on burgers, fries, and sandwiches.
