Instructions
Step 1
Rinse grapefruit well using baking soda

Peel off the skin first.
Step 3
In this recipe, you will need only the inner layer of the skin. Using knife, remove the wax part of the skin.
Step 4
Only the inner white part will be used today.
Step 5
Cut them into bite-size pieces and soak in water.
Step 6
Keep squeezing and changing water to remove bitter taste. (3-4 times)
Step 7
In the pan, add sugar and water.

Add the peel and keep stirring on very low heat.
Step 9
Make sure keep stirring it so it doesn’t burn.
Step 10
At some point, it will be looking like this! It becomes harder when it cools down.
