We took these to St. James Preschool for snack once and were asked for the recipe from almost every mom. There's a secret to the recipe. Back in the day, Georgia would blurt it out every time. 😉

Instructions
Step 1
Mixed the mashed banana, sugar, egg and margarine together. Set aside
Step 2
In a separate bowl, mix together baking soda, baking powder, salt and flour.
Step 3
Mix wet and dry ingredients together, don't over stir.
Step 4
Pour into greased or lined muffin pans.
Step 5
Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes
