Instructions

Step 1
In Kadai/Frying Pan, add Ghee and Besan.

Step 2
Slowly Stir and roast at low heat. Stir consistently and bake till Besan turn a gold color
Step 3
Let the mixture cool, add saffron dissolved in a tsp of water
Step 4
Add sugar slowly and mix well (Sugar can be added as per your taste)
Step 5
Add dry fruits and make round balls (Ladoo)
Step 6
Decorate with Pistachio and silver foil (if you put silver foil, don’t reheat in Microwave
Step 7
Delicious super tasty Besan Ladoo are ready, Eat any time and Enjoy
