Instructions

Step 1
In a large mixing bowl combine flour, yogurt & salt and mix till well combined to form a ball of dough.

Step 2
Lightly flour your kitchen surface and seperate your dough into 8 portions. Roll out dough balls into an oval shape ( like a classic naan bread )
Step 3
Heat a non stick pan and cook on each side for 3 minutes till lightly browned.
Step 4
Optional: Once cooked , lightly brush naan bread with garlic butter.
Step 5
Serve warm with tikki massala chicken or tandoori!
