The Dressing
2 Tbsolive oil
2 TbsBalsamic Vinaigrette
1 TbsOnion
Minced
2 tspDijon Mustard
1 pinchsalt
¼ tspblack pepper

Instructions
Step 1
Prepare and slice crispy apple, radish and brussels sprouts into shaved slices, mince onion and chop cashew. Set aside.
Step 2
Whisk olive oil, blue cheese Dijon mustard, minced onion and balsamic vinaigrett with a pinch of salt and black pepper.
Step 3
Pour dressing over shaved brussels sprouts in a large bowl. Season with a pinch of salt and black pepper. Mix in sliced crisp apples and shaved radish, top with chopped cashew and parmesan cheese. Ready to serve~
