Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit
Step 2
Add oil, sugar, vanilla, and applesauce in a bowl mixer with flat beater for 5 min on medium speed. Scrape down sides of bowl frequently while mixing

Add eggs and mix for 1 minute on medium speed, scraping down the sides of bowl
Step 4
In a separate bowl combine; flour, cocoa and baking soda
Step 5
Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and mix for 30 seconds on low speed and then 1 minute on medium speed
Step 6
Spread batter evenly into a half sheet pan which has been lightly coated with pan release spray
Step 7
Bake until set, but still moist in the center. 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes
