Instructions
Step 1
use fork to poke holes in squash where you'll end up cutting in half. Then microwave for 5 mins. (makes it easier to cut)

cut the squash in half and scoop out seeds

brush on a light coat of olive oil, salt and pepper

bake, face-down for 45-50 mins at 400 degrees

Meanwhile, in a saucepan, brown your meat. Then add the sauce, any meat, and herbs of your choice

using 2 forks, separate the squash flesh into strands.

pour sauce mixture in squash shells
Step 8
bake, uncovered, for 12 mins at 350 degrees
Step 9
sprinkle with cheese and bake 5 more mins
Step 10
serve with herby biscuits
