Step 1
1. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook the bacon on both sides until crispy, about 8 minutes. Transfer the bacon to a paper towel–lined plate to drain and cool for 5 minutes. When cool, break the bacon into crumbles.

2. In a large bowl, combine the broccoli with the almonds and bacon.

3. In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise and honey mustard.

4. Add the dressing to the broccoli salad, and toss to thoroughly combine.

5. Chill the salad for 1 hour or more before serving.
