Instructions

Step 1
In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, yeast, sugar, and salt.

Stir in milk, followed by oil and egg

Beat on high for 2 mins
Step 4
On low speed, add 1/4 cup of flour until dough forms into a ball
Step 5
Knead the dough on a floured surface for 50 turns
Step 6
Cover and let rest for 10 minutes
Step 7
Shape dough into a loaf and put in a greased 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 inch bread pan.
Step 8
Cover and allow to rise in a warm spot until it is 1 inch taller than the pan.
Step 9
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F
Step 10
Bake 30 minutes. After the first 15 minutes cover the bread lightly with foil to prevent over browning.
