Instructions
Step 1
Combine all the dry ingredients and mix them with a whisk. Then add all the liquid ingredients starting with the butter, lukewarm water and the egg. Mix them with a mixer (mixing paddle) first until it starts having a hard time mixibg then, then mix them again with the mizer (dough hook) with speed number 3 and leave it for 3 mintes.
Step 2
Dough should be sticky and elastic. Move it quickly in our hand for it not to stick. Brush all sides of a bowl with olive oil and add the dough inside and make sure oil coats all the dough so it doesnt stick when it rises. Cover with cling film and place it in a warm place for 2 hours. It should double in size.
Step 3
Dough does not need additional flour to work with it. It will be very elastic. Split them into 6 doughs for big buns. Then shape them as a ball (pull and pinch, pull the top and pinch the bottom)
Step 4
Put a parchment paper on a tray, put them and coat them with olive oil and cover them with cling film for an additional hour.
Step 5
Make an egg wash by beating up eggs and brushinf the top of the buns and then sprinkle some sesame seeds.
Step 6
Add the tray to the oven at 425°F until golden brown (20 mins)
