Step 1
Softened room temp butter(45g) into a bowl, followed by half cup of white sugar and half cup of brown sugar. Add a little coffee powder to the mixture

Add 1 egg, (+egg yolk), vanilla essence. Mix (the texture can be depending.) Try to use a hand mixer

Add 1 cup of plain flour, 1/4 cup of bread flour, 1 tbs corn starch, 1/2 teaspoon baking powder, 1/2 teaspoon of salt. Mix until slightly creamy, slightly stiffer.

Using a knife chop a part of a chocolate bar and using a spoon, mix it together

Ball the dough up and lay them on a baking tray, lined with baking paper and spreaded with butter. <Optional>Place them in the fridge overnight Bake until golden brown
