Instructions
Step 1
Smash the cucumber with a knife so it splits up lengthwise into 2-4 pieces. Cut into pieces.
Step 2
Salt the cucumber to draw out some of the moisture. Let it sit for about 10 minutes, then drain the water.
Step 3
Add the remaining ingredients to the bowl and combine.
Step 4
Serve with some (homemade) chili oil and toasted sesame seeds. Enjoy!
