Instructions

Step 1
Mix all the dry ingredients together (mix well)
Step 2
Add 2 cups of water and start mixing with a fork (add a little more if needed until it's tacky)
Step 3
Let it raise until it's doubled in size
Step 4
Fully coat 2 x 1.5 quart, oven-safe bowls with butter
Step 5
Coat your hands with butter
Step 6
Separate the dough into the 2 bowls
Step 7
Raise again until doubled (touches lid resting on top of the bowl)
Step 8
Bake @425 for 15 minutes
Step 9
Lower temperature to 375° and bake for 15 more minutes. (May add +10 for WI oven)
Step 10
Dump each out on a cooling rack immediately once out of the oven
Step 11
Eat warm and cool completely before bagging to freeze.
