Instructions
Step 1
In a large bowl, mash the bananas using a fork.
Step 2
Add the eggs, Greek yogurt, softened peanut butter, honey and vanilla extract. Whisk until it's well combined.
Step 3
Add the ground oats, cocoa powder and baking powder.
Step 4
Gently fold until you get a smooth and shiny batter. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
Step 5
Line a baking pan with parchment paper. Pour the batter, smooth the top and bake at 180C degrees for 20-25 minutes.
Step 6
Remove from oven and let it cool completely.
