Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit

Whisk flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a bowl

In another bowl, mix peanut butter, yogurt, eggs, vanilla, and bananas in a large bowl.

Sift the flour mixture into the large bowl with the wet ingredients

Mix the batter until just combined and no visible streaks of flour remain
Step 6
Put muffin liners into a muffin tray, twelve in total
Step 7
Pour a scant 1/3 cup of batter into each muffin liner
Step 8
Bake for 5 min at 425F
Step 9
Then, lower the oven temp to 350F, and bake for another 15 min
Step 10
Cool and enjoy!
