Instructions
Step 1
Melt the dark chocolate in a heatproof bowl set over a pot of simmering water, stirring occasionally. Or melt in the microwave in 30 second increments, stirring between each.
Step 2
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Step 3
Add the blueberries to the melted chocolate and quickly fold until they are completely coated. The chocolate will start to harden.
Step 4
Scoop small clusters of blueberries onto the prepared baking sheet.
Step 5
Sprinkle the cacao nibs over the clusters.
Step 6
Place in the fridge to set.
