Instructions

Step 1
Melt the chocolate chips in a double boiler or microwave.
Step 2
Stir in the pumpkin puree, maple syrup, pumpkin spice, and vanilla extract; mix well to combine.
Step 3
Put the ganache in the fridge, covered, until completely cold, about 1 hour.
Step 4
Once it’s chilled, spread the cranberry powder in an even layer onto a small plate.
Step 5
Use a dessert spoon to scoop out some ganache. Use a second spoon to scoop the ganache from the first, passing the ganache back and forth a couple of times to make a roughly round ball about the size of a quarter in diameter.
Step 6
Roll each truffle in the cranberry powder until coated on all sides.
Step 7
Place the truffle on a plate or small sheet tray lined with parchment.
Step 8
Keep the truffles refrigerated until you’re ready to serve.
