When its sunny outside you don’t want to spend so much time in a kitchen but still want something tasty for your guests . Here is a quick and easy fluffy cake made in a pan in just minutes . Topped with whipped cream and fresh juicy strawberries and everybody loves it .

Instructions

Step 1
Whisk flour salt baking soda and sugar in a large bowl

Melt butter then let it cool and add the egg and 1/2 cup of buttermilk plus 3 tbsp . Whisk together then make a little well in the middle of the dry ingredients and pour the batter in

Step 3
Use a whisk to gently and slowly mix the ingredients . Don’t mix it hard or over mix the batter as the cake will turn out too dense . Just mix until Combined
Step 4
Add the batter to an oiled pan then cook covered on low heat for about 10 -12 minutes or until the top has lots of bubbles and isn’t wet . Flip and cook another minute then serve with whipped cream and strawberries . If you like it really sweet add a dusting of powder sugar
