1. Pre-heat oven to 175°C (350°F).

2. In a medium bowl, whisk the egg and sweetener until fluffy. Then whisk in the yogurt, milk and vanilla extract.

3. Fold in the flour, cocoa powde and baking powder until smooth and lump free.

4. Fold in the chocolate chips then pour the batter into a prepared 7.5 by 7.5 inch baking tin.

5. Mix together the peanut butter powder and water until smooth and pipe-able. Add more water if needed. Pipe the peanut butter over onto the brownies in lines and then swirl using a toothpick.

6. Bake for around 15 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with just a few crumbs. Allow the brownies to cool before slicing and enjoy!
