30gpeanut butter protein whey powder
4gzero calorie sweetener
5gcocoa powder
¼ tspbaking powder
½ tspbaking soda
40gfat free yogurt
80mlalmond milk

Doughnut batter
Step 1
In a large bowl combine all the dry ingredients for the doughnut batter
Step 2
Add in the yogurt and milk, mix until everything is combined
Step 3
Pour batter equally into a doughnut mould silicone tray (makes 6 doughnuts)
Step 4
Bake for 10mins at 180C and let them cool on a wire wrack
Glaze
Step 5
Dip each doughnut in the zero cal chocolate sauce OR combine some cocoa powder + sweetener and gradually add water until it forms a paste
Toppings
Step 6
Sprinkle chopped peanuts on each doughnut (3.5g on each doughnut)
Step 7
Pipe some peanut butter ontop (1.3g on each doughnut)
