Instructions
Step 1
In a bowl combine the maple syrup and cocoa powder

Mix until there are no lumps left
Step 3
In a large bowl add the cocoa powder mixture, egg, melted chocolate, puréed apple (you can also use yogurt) and vanilla essence

Whisk thoroughly

Lastly add in the flour and baking powder and mix again (you can also choose to add anything you’d like to this e.g pretzels, chocolate chips, etc..)

Transfer the batter into a lined baking tin and spread out

For the swirls, melt the peanut butter and pipe it in circles ontop of the brownie batter

Use a stick/skewer to create the swirls

Bake at 180C for 15-20mins

Let it cool completely and cut into 9 pieces
