Instructions
Step 1
Spray bottom of slow cooker with cooking spray.
Step 2
Dice the onion and chop the potatoes, then place in bottom of slow cooker.
Step 3
Using a course grinder, sprinkle salt and pepper onto both sides of each pork chop, then place chops in slow cooker.
Step 4
Top with 2 cans cream of mushroom (or cream of chicken) soup.
Step 5
Place lid on slow cooker, and cook on low for 6 hours.
