Instructions

Wash and pay dry pork chops to remove any bone shards.

Mix black pepper, granulated onion & garlic together in a small bowl.

Sprinkle mixture on each pork chop (each side).

In the crockpot, add onion soup mix, brown gravy mix, cream of chicken soup, & chicken broth. Stir to combine

Lay the season pork chops into the crockpot.

Add mushrooms on top.

Set temperature on HIGH and the timer for 6 hours. The cooking time may vary on your crockpot.

About 30 min. to and hour before completion, make a slurry (corn starch & water) & add to the crockpot.
