Using a brush, wash the entire cauliflower head thoroughly

Using a colander, wash individual pieces thoroughly in cold water and then place in a bowl

In a separate bowl, add the flour, salt, chili powder, paprika, onion powder, garlic powder and buttermilk

Once the batter is done, preheat the oven to 375 degrees and place parchment paper on a baking tray

Using a fork and tong of by hand, evenly coat the cauliflower with the batter and place on the baking sheet, spread evenly with space

Bake cauliflower for 20 minutes on one side, and then another 20 mins on the other side. You can broil the last 5 minutes

To prepare the buffalo sauce, start by melting the butter in a microwave

Add the melted butter to a bowl with buffalo sauce, mustard, dried parsley and pepper

Once the cauliflower is baked coat it evenly with the hot sauce
