Macaroni and Cheese
Add 1 cup diced ham and 1/2 cup frozen peas to turn this into a one pot meal.

Instructions
Step 1
Cook macaroni according to package directions, drain. Preheat oven to 350.
Step 2
Melt butter over moderate heat and add flour, stir to create a paste. Cook 1 minute.
Add milk, whisking until smooth and thickened. Cook 5 minutes, until thick enough to coat back of a spoon. Add cheese and stir until melted. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Keep warm over low heat.
Step 3
Coat medium casserole dish with cookout spray. Add macaroni; toss with sauce. Sprinkle with breadcrumbs.
Step 4
Bake 15 to 20 minutes, or until bubbly hot.
