Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350.
Step 2
Boil water in a pot then add chicken bouillon.
Step 3
Add pasta and boil for 7 minutes or until al dente.
Step 4
When done, remove from heat and drain. Pasta should not be placed back onto the heat at all
Step 5
Add butter, salt, pepper. Stir until butter is fully melted.
Step 6

In a separate bowl whisk the beaten eggs, sour cream, and paprika
Step 8
When pasta is cool, pour egg/sour cream mixture into pasta. Stir gently.
Step 9
Add heavy cream into the pasta. Stir well.
Step 10
Pour into greased 11X9 baking dish. (Cooking spray)
Step 11
Top with shredded cheddar jack and cover loosely with foil.
Step 12
Bake for 30 min
Step 13
After 30 min remove the foil. Sprinkle paprika and parsley on top.
Step 14
Place back into the oven "uncovered" for 10 min or until golden brown to your liking

Allow to cool. Enjoy!
