Step 1

cut steak in to bites

Step 2

heat oil in skillet over high heat

Step 3

add in steak bites

Step 4

cook 2 min - do not stir, stir + cook another 2-3 min

Step 5

reduce heat to medium + add butter, once melted to same pan add garlic + cook for 1 minute stirring

Step 6

remove from heat, add steak bites back in to pans + toss
