Cook sausage.

Sauté 10 min:
* thinly sliced, unpeeled zucchini
* coarsely chopped onion
* butter

Stir into above:
* dried parsley
* salt and pepper
* garlic powder, basil, oregano

Blend separately and then combine with above:
* eggs well beaten
* shredded mozzarella cheese
Step 7
Press and flatten crescent rolls into pie plate and brush mustard on crescent rolls.
Step 8
Pour all ingredients into the pie pan and bake at 375 degrees for 18-20 min. Let stand for 10 minutes before serving. 400 for 16-18 in my oven.
