Tuna Lollipops

Psst. . . . Before you stop grilling outdoors, try these tuna lollipops! This is a delightful appetizer that I shared in 2011. In case you missed it, I'm re-posting my recipe. Ingredients

12 Bamboo skewers that have been soaked in water

2 - 6 oz. Yellowfin tuna steaks (cut into cubes)
2 ozYellowfin tuna steaks

1/4 cup peanut oil
¼ cuppeanut oil
½ cuptoasted sesame ginger seasoning
1/2 teaspoon lemon pepper
½ teaspoonlemon pepper
Salt to taste

Toasted sesame seeds with ginger
Raspberry Wasabi Dipping Mustard

Instructions

Step 1
Preheat grill to medium heat
Step 2
Cut tuna into cubes
Step 3
Coat tuna with peanut oil
Step 4
Sprinkle with lemon pepper and salt
Step 5
Insert skewers
Step 6
Press sesame seeds on all sides of the tuna
Step 7
Coat grill with oil
Step 8
Grill on medium-high heat for about 1 minute on each side
