This is a delightful appetizer that I shared in 2011. In case you missed it, I'm re-posting my recipe. Once you give it a try, let me know how it came out. It was very easy and a lot of fun.

Ingredients
4 servings
12Bamboo skewers
that have been soaked in water
2 ozYellowfin tuna steaks
cut into cubes
¼ cuppeanut oil
½ cuptoasted sesame ginger seasoning
½ teaspoonlemon pepper
salt
to taste
Toasted sesame seeds with ginger
Raspberry Wasabi Dipping Mustard
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat grill to medium heat
Step 2
Cut tuna into cubes
Step 3
Coat tuna with peanut oil
Step 4
Sprinkle with lemon pepper and salt
Step 5
Insert skewers
Step 6
Press sesame seeds on all sides of the tuna
Step 7
Coat grill with oil
Step 8
Grill on medium-high heat for about 1 minute on each side
