Instructions
Step 1

Mix your rice with furikake and sesame oil
Step 2

Grill sausage
Step 3

Beat 2eggs and mix salt
Step 4

On a low heat, make egg omelette
Step 5

Shape rice balls and cover with sushi nori and use plastic wrap to shape
Step 6

Cut open the riceballs (cut to the middle part)
Step 7

Fill the onigiri with omelette and sausage
Step 8

Using cheese and sushi nori, put eyes on the rice balls
