Step 1
Begin by cooking your rice.

Next, dice up 100g of spam into cubes. (Should be 1 cm Height and Width)
Step 3
Chop up 1/2 of green onions (smaller the better).
Step 4
Next, on medium heat, drizzle oil and grill your spam until evenly cooked.
Step 5
When your rice is ready, transfer 250g of cooked rice into a big bowl.
Step 6
Add grilled spam, diced up green onions, 1/2 Tbsp of gochujang, 1 Tbsp of soy sauce, 1 Tbsp of mayonnaise, 1 Tbsp of sesame oil, 1 Tbsp of sesame oil and 1 packet of scrunched up roasted seaweed.
Step 7
Mix with gloves on or with a spoon.
Step 8
Roll up and shape your rice into balls.
Step 9
Serve and enjoy!
