Chicken Noodle Soup: for the soul

Instructions

Step 1
Boil chicken thighs in water, chicken bullion (I use Knorr Pollo), salt, onion, garlic & fresh herbs.
Step 2
When the chicken is cooked thoroughly, remove the thighs, de-bone them & shred.
Step 3
Strain the broth & add back to pot. Being to a boil & add celery, potatoes, carrots & noodles.
Step 4
Once the veggies & noodles are cooked and fork-tender, lower the heat & add in the heavy cream, then chicken. Serve & enjoy!
