Instructions

Step 1
Chop up onion, shallot, chilli and add all ingredients to slow cooker including hominy
Step 2
Slow cook for 8 hours. Stir occasionally and check on water level as the hominy absorbs a lot of water.
Step 3
After 7.5 hours shred chicken breasts and add back to slow cooker pot
Step 4
After 30 mins serve and eat
