Instructions
Step 1
Mix the cornstarch and water together to make a slurry.
Step 2
Add all ingredients, except the broccoli, but include the cornstarch slurry, to a crockpot and cook on low 3 hours. Add the Broccoli and cook 30 more minutes.
Step 3
Cook Angel hair according to package directions. When it’s cooked drizzle with olive oil.
Step 4
Break up the chicken and serve over angel hair pasta with the broccoli and lemon sauce from the crockpot. Garnish with extra fresh parsley or basil and fresh grated Parmesan cheese
