Instructions
Step 1
In a large bowl, combine coconut milk, brown sugar, garlic, cloves, and soy sauce.
Step 2
Place chicken in a 3-qt. slow cooker.
Step 3
Pour coconut milk mixture over top. Cook, covered, on low until chicken is tender, 4-5 hours.
Step 4
Serve with coconut and cilantro.
