Jens "Grown-Up" Dirt
My son LOVES the chocolate pudding dessert called "Dirt". This year he turned 18 and I found a yummy variation of it on Natasha's Kitchen called Chocolate Lasagna but had to make a version with some healthier ingredients so here is my take on it. For milk options, I have successfully used Camel Milk, Goats Milk, Hemp Milk and coconut milk.

Instructions
Step 1
Pudding - Cook the 2 boxes of pudding according to the instructions on the box and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
Step 2
Cookie Crust - I use a food processor but you can also do a ziploc bag and a rolling pin to crush 1 and 1/2 packages of the cookies. Then combine with melted butter and press into 13x9 baking dish and refrigerate while you make the next layer
Step 3
Cheesecake Layer - beat the cream cheese, vanilla and confectioners sugar. Fold in 1 container of the CocoWhip. Carefully spread over the cookie crust and refrigerate until you are ready to add the pudding layer.
Step 4
Once pudding is set up, carefully spread over the cheesecake layer.
Step 5
Top with the 2nd container of CocoWhip
Step 6
Crush remaining Chocolate Creme cookies and crumble on top of CocoWhip layer
Step 7
Keep refrigerated.
