Step 1
Rinse and slice up apples, oranges, lemon, and ginger and add to a large pot, add cinnamon and whole cloves. Add water to the pot, you want the ingredients to float in the pot. Set temp to high and bring to a boil. Once boiled, set the temp to simmer and leave it on simmer till you are done with the tea. This combination acts as a house freshener as well. Drink two to three times a day. Enjoy
