½ cUnsalted butter
melted
4eggs
large, beaten
¾ cgranulated sugar
1 tspvanilla extract
1 tspground cinnamon
1 tspkosher salt
1 loafFrench bread
large, a day old, cut into 2-inch cubes

For the Pudding
Step 1
Spray 9 by 13 inch baking pan with cooking spray
Step 2
In a large bowl whisk together the milk, melted butter, eggs, granulated sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt
Step 3
Add bread and toss to coat
Step 4
Pour mixture into backing pan
Step 5
Refrigerate for at least two hour, or overnight, to let the bread soak up the custard
Step 6
Pre heat the oven to 350 and bake for 1 hour

In a large skillet over medium-high heat, melt butter and add the brown sugar

Stir until both are completely melted and incorporated

Remove from heat and stir in bourbon
